About xStocks

xStocks are tokens on Solana that track the price of a US share or ETF — Apple, NVIDIA, the S&P 500 and more. One xStock tracks one share, and it trades on-chain around the clock.

What they are, and what they are not

xStocks are tracker certificates issued by a third party and backed by the underlying shares, according to the issuer. They are not shares. Holding one gives you no voting rights and no other shareholder rights, and they are not available to US persons or residents of restricted jurisdictions. See xstocks.fi for the issuer’s terms.

Lendly only lists xStocks whose token address is confirmed both by the issuer and by Jupiter’s verified token list.

Why your balance can change

xStocks use a Solana token feature called a scaled UI amount. When the underlying company pays a dividend, the issuer raises a multiplier instead of sending you cash, so each token you hold becomes worth slightly more than one share’s worth of the original.

  • Your wallet and Lendly show the scaled amount — shares as you think of them.
  • On-chain, the raw token amount does not change; the multiplier does.

Lendly converts between the two exactly, so the number of shares you deposit, withdraw or see on your dashboard always matches your wallet.

Prices

On the dashboard and in swaps, the price per share comes from Jupiter’s live on-chain price. Your loan’s value and limits are calculated by Kamino from its own oracle prices, which can differ from the last trade by a small amount.
